Update (Oct. 17, 6:30 p.m.): Campus Safety phone services have been fully restored. The non-emergency line (319-335-5022), elevator phones, and phones in areas of rescue should now function normally.

Due to a phone service interruption impacting our area, Campus Safety is unable to receive phone calls including its non-emergency line, 319-335-5022.

Please continue to use 911 for all emergency calls. All non-emergency calls should temporarily be directed to 319-335-1990.

This interruption is currently impacting elevator phones, area of refuge phones, and other lines that ring into Campus Safety. 911 is not impacted.

An update will be provided when service has been restored.

University Skype for Business and Teams telephony phone systems are not impacted by this outage.
