Campus Guests can now opt-in to Hawk Alert

Campus guests can now sign up to receive emergency notifications on a limited basis during their visit to the University of Iowa. By opting in, visitors will receive timely text message notifications about campus emergencies, safety instructions, and information about where to look for situation updates.

Please note colleges and universities are now required to report hazing incidents following passage of the Stop Campus Hazing Act last fall. In addition to fraternities and sororities, this would apply to clubs, teams, and anything that could be considered an organization where membership is maintained.
