University of Iowa officials received a report of a sexual assault that occurred on Jan. 20, 2023 at an east side residence hall. The assault was reportedly perpetrated by an acquaintance.

UI officials received a report on Jan. 5 that a car was stolen from the parking lot of the Aspire Apartment Complex on the west side of campus sometime between the late-night hours on Jan. 4 and the early morning hours on Jan. 5.
