Following the April 19, 2026, shooting in the Iowa City Pedestrian Mall, Iowa City Police have worked to identify and charge 14 additional individuals involved in the shooting and in the large fight that preceded it.

Damarian M. Jones was taken into custody near Atlanta, Ga., by the United States Marshals Service. Jones faces the following charges related to the Sunday, April 19, 2026, shooting in the Downtown Pedestrian Mall.
